National/Group Pavilion Package
Participation fees will be quoted by the Organizers to interested parties. This package is exclusively available to government or trade groups only.
Participation Procedure
Application
Complete and mail or fax priority booking form to Trade Information Marketing & Exhibitions, Inc. together with a brief list of intended exhibits. Your application for stand reservation will be confirmed within two weeks of receipts of your priority booking form.
Contract
An official contract along with information on terms of payments will be mailed to you on the same day your application is confirmed.
Administration
Administration forms sent to the exhibitors upon confirmation of their application must be returned to Trade Information Marketing & Exhibitions, Inc. two months before the show. This procedure is essential in the smooth running of AsiaFoodExpo2008.
Exhibition Manual
An exhibition manual containing forms, sent to exhibitors upon confirmation of their reservation, must be completed and returned to the Organizers two months before the show.
